1>.  overview

This machine can refine the used black engine oil into gasoline and diesel oil by the way of catalytic distillation. Pump the waste oil which has been pretreated into heater, using the coal (or fuel oil) heat to working temperature, after catalytic distillation, can obtain the gasoline and diesel oil. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, remove residue in the tank bottom, then the machine can be used again.

2>. Systems of equipment

1, Reaction tank: waste oil after pretreated, to be pumped into this tank.

2, Heating system: It is equipped with heat-insulation system; by burning coal or fuel oil, make oil temperature up to setting value.

3, Catalytic system: when waste oil reaches the predetermined temperature, via catalytic effect, changing into gaseous hydrocarbons, become gasoline and diesel composition.

4, Cooling system: catalytic gasoline and diesel will be condensed into liquid.

5, Temperature control system: Make sure that waste oil transform into gasoline and diesel oil; when waste oil is dried, stop heating timely.

6,exhaust gas handling system: a small amount of residual gas after treatment, can meet discharge standard.

3>, Indicators of oil after treatment:

1,diesel oil : 82%;

2,light fuel oil: 6-7%;

3,oil residue: 6-7%.
